Consider trying some of these recipes if you are working on reducing your BMI (Body Mass Index), have digestion issues (Gluten Free recipes), have Type II Diabetes (low carbohydrate recipes), or just because they are delicious! Coconut supplies mid chain fatty acids (MCFA) that are so helpful in cardiovascular and neurological function. Consider using coconut oil and flour in your recipes. The coconut milk is an excellent alternative to cow’s milk. Shredded coconut is a great addition to many recipes. The mid-chain fatty acids in coconut oil have many health benefits which we will be discussing in the coming months.
